"When We Can't"

As the plane lifted from the ground

I could feel myself shifting itself into 'airplane mode'

It was time to go to work..

My nephew-forever a Marine--

aptly described to me these routine departures as mini-deployments..

He is right..

And when we are deployed to do anything, it is time to switch gears and go to work.

In the book of Ecclesiastes we are reminded ...

there is a season and a time for all things... 

Let these few questions ruminate for a moment..

 Is there something or someone in your life that you have been putting on a back burner??

A 'to do' list that you wish were finished??

Do you need to take a good hard look at the condition of your own heart??

Yes, yes and yes 

and all of the above..???

I am certain the Holy Spirit in all of His tenderness brought someone or something to mind when these few questions lingered in your mind...

Take a moment and reflect

Send yourself on mission

He is faithful to complete you..

when in faith 

you prayerfully step forward

into the undone..unsaid moments of your life..

It is time...

It is time to go to work...

Remembering all the while 

It is God alone Who will complete the work....

He is just waiting to lead the way..
